HRD established its Human Resources Search Practice in 1991, and has conducted searches across the globe since then. In 2008 we expanded our executive search capabilities to include Finance and Accounting, Marketing, Sales, Risk Management, and Compliance. The development of our internal sourcing function enables our team to target and engage candidates based on industry, title, education, and skills keywords across any location.
SUPPLEMENTAL STAFFING
Whether you need a contract recruiter to assist with seasonal staffing or an interim executive, HRD can provide contract and temp to perm employees across the US. Our contractors are W-2 employees and can be hired within 1 week of engagement. These resources allow you to supplement your staff without adding a permanent headcount.
